Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The item is incomplete or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The returned product must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Disposable Vapes
- Vape Pods
- E-Liquids
- Opened Vape Kits
- Coils
- Batteries
- Mouthpieces
- Clearance or Sale Items
- Gift Cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent replacement or refund may be offered.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, including:
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged product
- Defective product
We will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product according to the instructions provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
Warranty
Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Physical damage, misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Vape Denz reserves the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not comply with this policy.
Our decision regarding refunds, returns, replacements, and exchanges shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
